The Final Covenant

The Sun finally sets. The animals seem to be settled in a calm rest that eases your nerves. Surely if something dangerous were about, they would not be so mild. One by one the stars appear and your fire crackles happily. You feel a moment of peace that is sharply interrupted by a blinding white light exploding from behind you. A terrible sound like out of tune trumpets and thunder reverberates across the fields. You leap to your feet, weapon in hand, but the animals have not even stirred. Confusion settles in, the light dims, and you see a glow originating from a small cave carved into the hillside. A lone gigantic figure stands at the cave mouth, illuminated from behind. They move toward you.

How you play is how you live

What would it be like if you were the shepherds, witnessing the momentous occasion of angel choirs and hearing a call to action line none before?

What if, as those shepherds, you never left Christ’s side, guarding and journeying with him on his epic journey to Golgatha?

What if Jesus’ story became your story, and life would never be the same again?
